  Hole #2 - Franklin Views

From these elevated tees the golfer will encounter a great view to Fort Bliss and the Organ Mountains to the north. The dogleg left 2nd hole has a typical cross wind from the golfers left to right which will play into the strategy of the second shot. The large waste bunker on the left side of the fairway near the green will create a challenging second shot for the golfer who may want to go for this green in two. The conventional play is to avoid trying to clear the bunker by playing up the right side. Although this may be the smart play, the third shot will have to contend with the right greenside bunker that blocks the shallow depth green.
